Great location: the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the subway and bus station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and also to travel to other destinations. . Helpful staff: the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided us with useful information and tips about the city, helping us find the points of interest we were looking for. Good breakfast: the hotel offered a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. It was one of the best breakfasts we had during our trip.

Room condition: the hotel rooms were in need of some maintenance and seemed a bit outdated. they were still comfortable enough for a short stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by two key aspects: the friendly staff and the central location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel at home and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel's central location was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated close to public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the quiet surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy capital city.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the room design was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations.
